ALTA/ASCM Title Surveys

ALTA surveys are done to the national set of standards set by the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping. These are usually performed for the sale of commercial property where a title commitment is evolved, to ensure there are not title issues with the property or its adjoining owners. These surveys are much more involved and show a greater amount of detail such as but not limited to:

• Boundary Lines

• Location of buildings , structures , and utilites

• Location of easements for service companies and utilities

​

• Underground Utilities.
